What is Lure?

A focus app. You commit to a session; when you finish, a reward of uncertain rarity is revealed and becomes one fragment of a generative mosaic. The uncertainty is the point — and it's honest: odds are published, and rewards are rolled from a seed sealed before your session ends.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Sessions, reveals, and your mosaic all work without a connection or an account. An account only adds backup and restore.

What does "provably fair" mean?

When a session starts, our server locks in a random seed and gives your app its fingerprint. The reward is computed from that seed — the same seed always produces the same result. After the reveal, the seed is disclosed, so it's checkable that nothing was decided after you saw it.

Why did my streak survive a missed morning?

A streak only breaks after a full missed calendar day. Come back today and it keeps counting. (Missing one day barely matters for habit building anyway — that's the science, not us being nice.)

I forgot my password.

On the Account screen, tap Forgot your password? — we email you a 6-digit code and you choose a new password in the app.

How do I delete my account?

Account → Delete account, confirm with your password. Your account and all server data are erased immediately and forever. The mosaic on your phone stays.
